Our recruitment policy: a strong commitment to the safety and well-being of your children

Natalie, French-speaking Montessori educator aged 9-12 and educational manager at Secrets d'Enfance, member of the Cube Education network
Cube Education asserts its rigorous recruitment standards: a rigorous process to ensure the safety, well-being and supervision of children.

At Cube Education, families' trust is based above all on the quality of the teams who work with their children on a daily basis.

At a time when recruitment issues in the education sector are raising many questions, we feel it is essential to share with you, in all transparency, the rigorous practices implemented within our schools.

The safety, well-being and supervision of your children are our top priorities. Since Cube Education’s inception in 2017, the schools have applied a rigorous and demanding recruitment policy for all their teams.

A rigorous recruitment process right from the selection stage

Each application is carefully screened, enabling us to select profiles that match our requirements and values.

Only candidates selected after this first stage are then invited to a pre-employment interview, during which their background, skills and professional attitude are carefully assessed.

Systematic administrative checks

No employee may be hired and no outside service provider may work in our schools without the complete transmission and validation of the following documents:

  • Curriculum vitae
  • Bulletin n°3 of the criminal record
  • Diplomas and certifications

Without all these elements, no employment or service contract can be authorized.

Attentive supervision from the arrival of each new employee or external contributor

Each person, whether working in the school or out-of-school environment, is supported from the moment he or she takes up his or her post:

  • A headmistress is present in each school to manage and supervise the teaching teams.
  • An extracurricular manager, responsible for each school, supports the teams working outside school hours; follow-up is ensured from the moment of arrival to guarantee a gradual, supervised and reassuring integration.

These arrangements ensure a stable, serious and child-friendly professional environment.

The schools in the Cube Education network are fully committed to providing children with a safe, caring and high-quality environment, and to paying the utmost attention to the recruitment of the people who work with them on a daily basis.

A commitment to serving families

Beyond processes, our commitment is simple: to guarantee each child a safe, coherent and humane environment, supported by stable and committed teams. This requirement guides every one of our decisions and is a fundamental pillar of quality support, based on continuity, trust and the attention given to each child, on a daily basis as well as during extracurricular activities.
