What is the response time?

We generally respond within 48 business hours (excluding school holidays). During busy periods, the response time may be slightly longer.

I do not know which school to choose: what should I do?

Write to us, specifying your city/area and your child’s age. We will direct you to the most suitable school and suggest the next steps.

How do I book a visit?

To book a visit, simply complete the online visit & registration form. Your request will then be forwarded to the school concerned, who will contact you to arrange the visit.

Can I contact a school directly?

Yes, you can find contact details for each school in the Practical Info section of its dedicated page. To view the school pages, go to our schools page .

What information should I provide for an enrolment request?

To speed things up, please specify: the desired school (if known), your child’s age/grade, the school year, your town, and your availability for a visit or exchange.
