Situated in the heart of Maisons-Laffitte, just 8 minutes’ walk from the station, the school is staffed by a bilingual team who are attentive to the needs of each child while listening to families.
With over 1000m2 of independent, secure loft space, the school benefits from a calm environment, a private outdoor area and an indoor motor room.
The International Montessori School “Les Rayons de Soleil” is a member of theAssociation Montessori de France.
Our school respects the 4 fundamental pillars of Montessori pedagogy:
- a group of children of mixed ages ;
- At least one Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) qualified teacher in each environment;
- a complete set of materials for children;
- a continuous working period of 2.5 to 3 hours morning and afternoon.

Number of classes: 4 classes: 2 classes for 3-6 year olds, 1 class for 6-9 year olds and 1 class for 9-11 year olds.

After-school: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 4pm to 6.30pm
Extra-curricular activities for boarders and day pupils:
Wednesday Club: every Wednesday, from 8.30am to 6.30pm
Holiday Camps: all school holidays (except Christmas and the first 3 weeks of August)
