A CSR approach already firmly rooted in the schools’ day-to-day operations
At Cube Education, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an integral part of our educational mission. Today, we are taking the next step by structuring and strengthening this approach across our network.
For several years now, our schools have been implementing concrete actions on a daily basis. Whether it’s sorting waste in class, reducing the use of plastic, installing composting facilities or setting up nature-based educational projects, these initiatives enable children to learn about environmental issues at an early age.
Reinforced network-wide actions
Cube Education is now taking action on a much larger scale. We are currently carrying out a group-wide carbon assessment to better measure our impact and define areas for improvement. At the same time, we are strengthening our responsible purchasing practices and developing solutions to extend the lifespan of our equipment.
Inclusion, living together and raising awareness
CSR at Cube Education is not limited to the environment. It is also expressed through our commitment to inclusion and living together. In the classroom, our teaching teams promote cooperation, encourage the expression of emotions and raise children’s awareness of the need to respect differences.
New initiatives reinforce this approach: training teams in children’s specific needs (ADHD, DYS), actions to prevent harassment, and solidarity and cultural projects involving students.
Well-being at the heart of the educational project
Last but not least, the well-being of children and teams remains at the heart of our priorities. We are continuing to develop a serene working and learning environment, by strengthening our listening facilities, team training and links with families.
Training committed citizens open to the world
Through this approach, Cube Education affirms a strong conviction: education has an essential role to play in building a more responsible future. By integrating CSR at the heart of its project, the group is taking concrete action to train citizens who are committed, aware and open to the world.
