I have been an early childhood educator since 1996. After graduating, I worked for two years in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (USA) at a Montessori school called “La Printanière”. During this period, I earned my Montessori educator diploma (AMS).
After six years of experience in various Montessori settings from 1998 to 2004, in September 2004, I decided to open my own school to offer your children a place conducive to their development and fulfillment.
After 10 years of experience in marketing and communication, Nathalie decided to move into the field of education. Several internships and training as a school teacher convinced her to choose Montessori pedagogy and train to become an educator.
In 2009, she joined the Secrets d’Enfance team as a 3-6 year old Educator. A few years later, after further training, she established the 6-9 and 9-11 age group classes. Currently a teacher for CM1/CM2 and pedagogical coordinator at Secrets d’Enfance, Nathalie implements a pedagogy based on Montessori fundamentals while also integrating academic approaches to ensure a smooth transition to middle school.
An AMI graduate from the Institut Supérieur Maria Montessori in Paris in 1998 and holding a degree in Italian, I began my career as a Montessori educator in Rome. Returning to France in 2001, I joined a large Montessori school in the Paris region where I met Cendrine.
In 2005, I joined the Secrets d’Enfance school, where I was in charge of the toddler class and a 3-6 year old class. Since 2017, having trained for elementary classes, I have been supporting students from CP to CE2 in the “Dauphins” class.

Always passionate about languages, Lushan earned a degree in French language and culture as well as an MBA from the Australian National University. After becoming a parent, she became interested in alternative pedagogical approaches, which led her to obtain the International Montessori 3-6 Educator Diploma, issued by the North American Montessori Center (NAMC).
Since 2020, she has been part of the Secrets d’Enfance school team, where she works closely with Edith in the two 3-6 year old classes, supporting children in their development and learning.
Edith Mazaury is the English Montessori teacher in the 3-6-year-old kindergarten classroom. For the past four years, she has worked in France as an English language educator in bilingual schools. She has experience in both traditional and Montessori settings, Edith has observed the significant advantages the Montessori approach offers young learners, particularly in the context of foreign language acquisition.
She holds a degree in Linguistics, Media, and Communication, as well as a Montessori Educator Associate diploma. This is her second year at Secrets d’Enfance.
Having learned French in an all-English environment from a young age, Edith understands the challenges of acquiring a new language. This personal experience provides her with valuable insights into the most effective methods for teaching and practicing language, especially for young learners.
It was the birth of my son that led me to discover the richness and power of Montessori pedagogy. Passionate about education and eager to contribute to a caring and fulfilling environment for the adults of tomorrow, I completed training with the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), marking my career change after six years of experience in purchasing.
An AMI graduate from the Institut Supérieur Maria Montessori in Paris, I have since been supporting the youngest children in a carefully prepared environment with adapted activities.
My goal is to nurture their natural curiosity and guide them to become independent, confident, and above all, fulfilled.
I have been working at Secrets d’Enfance since 2006. I look after the morning and evening childcare, as well as nap time for the 3-6 year olds. I have held a CAP in Early Childhood since 2010. I also work with the 2-3 year olds. I am always there to comfort your children!
